Our Story
The Story Behind Our Bath Soaks
Created from real life. Created for real relief.
During COVID, life changed for so many of us. People were overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, overworked, and simply trying to make it through each day. I was no different.
I needed something that would help me slow down, relax, and create a moment of peace for myself. So instead of simply searching for a product, I began researching.
For months, I studied different ingredients, herbs, salts, and essential oils, searching for the right combination to create a relaxing bath experience. I wanted something that would help me unwind after a long, stressful day and give me a little time to reconnect with myself.
That research became Peace Bath Soak.
Peace was created from a personal need for calm, comfort, and a moment to breathe. What started as something I created for myself eventually became something I wanted to share with others who were also carrying the weight of stress and everyday life.
Then life changed again.
After COVID, I had gained a significant amount of weight and decided it was time to take better care of myself. I started working out and spending time in the gym. I was proud of myself for getting active again—but there was one problem.
My muscles hurt!
I would come home from workouts sore, tired, and sometimes in real discomfort. I needed something that would help me relax and soothe my body after pushing myself at the gym.
So once again, I went back to researching ingredients and creating.
That's how Work N Out Recovery Bath Soak was born.
Work N Out was created for those days when you've pushed your body, your muscles are tired, and you simply need to slow down and give yourself a little recovery time.
Two Soaks. Two Different Journeys. One Purpose.
Peace was born from my journey through stress and overwhelm.
Work N Out Recovery was born from my journey toward getting active, taking care of my body, and recovering after a workout.
These aren't products I created just because I wanted to sell bath soaks.
I created them because I needed them first.
And my hope is that when you use them, you give yourself permission to do something that we often forget to do:
Pause. Breathe. Soak. Recover.
Because taking care of yourself isn't selfish.
You deserve your moment of peace, too.
